Privacy
We keep only what a booking needs, and only for as long as it needs it.
What we collect
Your name, email and phone number when you book, enquire or buy a voucher; any dietary or occasion notes you give us; and payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see your card details).
How we use it
To hold your table, contact you about it, and fulfil vouchers. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Retention
Booking records are kept for 12 months for accounting, then deleted. Email us to remove your data sooner.
