With groundnut soup or palm-nut soup
Konkonte is a swallow made from dried cassava flour, cooked into a firm, brown-tinged dough with a nutty depth that fresh fufu doesn't have. In Ghana it's called 'face the wall' with affection. Served with groundnut or palm-nut soup, it is filling, gluten-free and very moreish.
